use:
As a multifunctional rubber additive, PDM can be used as a vulcanizing agent during rubber processing, as well as a vulcanizing agent for peroxide systems, as well as an anti-scorching agent and tackifier. It is suitable for both general-purpose rubber and It is used in special rubber and rubber-plastic combined system. In natural rubber, when combined with sulfur, it can prevent reversion of vulcanization, improve heat resistance, reduce heat generation, aging resistance, and improve the adhesion of rubber to cord and the modulus of vulcanized rubber. It can be used in rubbers such as load tire shoulder rubber and buffer layer, which can solve the problem of shoulder gap of bias truck tires. It can also be used for large-size and thick natural rubber products and various rubber sundries. PDM is used in special applications such as chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, bromobutyl rubber, acrylate rubber, silicone rubber, and rubber-plastic combined rubber. In rubber, as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent, it can significantly improve the crosslinking performance and heat resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems. It can significantly reduce the compression set. It can also reduce the amount of peroxides and prevent the rubber from being damaged during processing. Scorch, improve the adhesive strength of rubber material, cord and metal. PDM is a sulfur-free vulcanizing agent used for cable rubber. It can replace all sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents such as thiazoles and thiurams, and solves the problem of copper wire and copper electrical appliances that are blackened by copper sulfide pollution due to contact with sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents.

Dosage: 0.5-1.0 parts as anti-scorching agent, 2-3 parts as vulcanizing agent, 1.5 parts for improving compression set, and 0.5-5.0 parts for improving adhesive strength.
